Meet Kim Hi, I’m Kim — the artist behind DreamGlow Studio, a manicure-only studio specializing in natural nail care. I’ve been working in the beauty and spa industry since 2011, and over the years, my passion has become much more specific: helping women care for their natural nails and feel good about the hands they’re in. DreamGlow Studio offers manicures exclusively — I do not offer pedicures. My approach is centered around healthy natural nail maintenance, meticulous cuticle care, intentional shaping, and structured gel support when it’s the right fit for your nails and lifestyle. I believe beautiful nails start with healthy nails. Rather than simply covering up what’s underneath, I want to help you understand your nails, care for them between appointments, and build a routine that supports their health over time. But your appointment is about more than your nails. I want your time at DreamGlow to feel like a little exhale in the middle of your busy life — a chance to slow down, be cared for, connect, and leave feeling a little more put together than when you walked in. My approach to beauty has also grown beyond what happens at the nail table. I believe wellness, confidence, self-care, and beauty are all connected, and that philosophy continues to shape both my personal brand and the DreamGlow experience. You’ll find me inside Image Studios East GR, where I’ve created a private, personal space for women who value quality, consistency, education, and genuine care. Whether you’re working toward healthier natural nails, maintaining the nails you already love, or simply looking for a place where you can relax and feel genuinely cared for, I’m so glad you’re here. CANCELLATION POLICY
Policies (Updated 12/29/25) Cancellation Policy: A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a full (100%) cancellation fee and could impact your eligibility for future bookings. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, may arise. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather requiring the studio’s closure, you will be notified promptly and your deposit will be transferred to a rescheduled appointment. If weather conditions make travel unsafe, you may request to reschedule, with your deposit transferred one time only. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible to facilitate planning. Cancellations without rescheduling will be subject to the standard cancellation fee. Booking Policy: • Appointments will open on the 1st of each month for the following month’s availability. (Example: On May 1st, June appointments will become available.) • Pre-booking will require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. • Deposits are transferable one time if rescheduling is necessary with appropriate notice. • Please check your email upon making an appointment request to fill out your forms. Completion of these forms is required for appointment approval. Your request may be denied if forms remain incomplete. • All appointment requests are subject to approval. Deposit is charged only once the appointment is approved. • Please note that online booking is a Request Only, you do not have an appointment scheduled until you receive an approval message.
